Today, October 20th, is World Mission Sunday. ‘It is a special day of the year when we remember our own call to be missionaries. Our prayers and our donations on World Mission Sunday help the Church to reach out to the poor and the vulnerable so that they too can know the love and joy that comes from Jesus.’

The website IMU (Irish Mission Union) also provides Mission Alive Resources for dates throughout 2013/2014.
It also has a special focus on the Junior Certificate R.E. Journal, with lots of great resources.
