What is a Flipped Classroom?

Flipped classroom is an innovative methodology that reserves the traditional teaching and learning in a classroom. It flips the traditional teaching in a classroom to a video format that students watch at home in their own time.

I’ve seen this term many times on Twitter and so I went about researching it to help me understand it more that this explanation- the benefits, how teachers respond to flipped classroom, how students respond to flipped classroom, is it a successful methodology, etc. When searching for answers to these questions I came across this ‘all-you-need-to-know’ graphic image about a Flipped Classroom.
